Regular Meeting                               December 6, 2012           Crow Wing Town Hall                     6:00 p.m.

Board Members Present:  Chairman Mark Platta, Supervisors Greg Smith and Dave Schultz and Clerk Virginia Rogers and Treasurer Susan Goodew. Justin Burslie, Township Planner was also present

Mark called the meeting to order and the pledge to the flag was recited.

No gopher bounties were claimed.

 The deadline for a road sign maintenance policy is approaching. Dave shared the record book that he keeps of all signs and when they have been installed. All signs have been inspected and all signs and posts requiring replacement will be replaced during 2012. Annual inspections will be made by the township road supervisor with signs replaced as needed. Dave made a motion to adopt this as our sign maintenance policy. The motion was seconded by Mark and passed unanimously.

Dave gave the road report. A fence has been erected at 9870 50^th Ave and we show no record of a permit. Ginny will look into it.  (Follow-up note:  a permit was not required – Ag Zoning)

Susie gave the treasurer’s report and claims were approved.

The minutes of the November 22nd meeting were reviewed. Dave made a motion to accept the minutes as written. The motion was seconded by Greg and passed unanimously.

After review of the additional information from Justin, Greg made a motion to adopt Resolution 2011-06 which is attached to these minutes. The motion was seconded by Dave and passed unanimously.

 Claims were paid and correspondence was reviewed. The meeting adjourned by general consent at 7:15 p.m.  The December 20^th meeting has been cancelled and posted as such. The next meeting will be January 10^th at 6:00 p.m.
