TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING, TUESDAY MAY 26, 2020 6:00 PM, CROW WING TOWN HALL
Board Members Present: Chairman Greg Smith, Supervisor Doug Kern, Supervisor Tucker Schuety and Clerk Duane Ruona.
Greg called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and the pledge of allegiance was recited.
Under New Business the Quotes for Cracksealing Township Roads were reviewed. The total price for each quote was: Anderson
Brothers Construction - $75,654.99; Holmvig Excavating - $77,400.00; and Mike Schaefer Sealcoating - $148,200.80.
After discussion, Greg made a motion to accept the quote from Anderson Brothers Construction dated 4/30/2020 in the amount
of $75,654.99 for cracksealing Crow Wing Township roads. Doug seconded, motion passed 3-0.
The clerk was directed to forward the signed quotation to Anderson Brothers Construction. Tucker will contact the other
contractors to let them know we accepted Anderson Brothers quote
Meeting adjourned at 6:10 pm.
