Board of Appeal and Equalization Hearing               April 24, 2014           Crow Wing Town Hall                                         10:35 a.m.

Board Members Present: Chairman Greg Smith, Supervisor Dave Schultz, Clerk Virginia Rogers.   

County Assessors present : Scott Bullock and Bob Miller.

Greg called the meeting to order and the pledge to the flag was recited.

Carol Wermter was present with a few questions that were answered by Scott and Bob. They will also make sure that the tiering is corrected for next year’s valuation. This may be a problem on other parcels in the Barrows plat as well.

Dave made a motion to adjourn at 11:05 a.m. The motion was seconded by Greg and passed unanimously.
